Day of Coordination
The Day of Coordination package is the only package we offer at NRG Events & Weddings. It is our specialty and we’ve got it down to a science.
This package is for the client who has completed all of the planning details and is now ready to hand over the responsibilities to us so that he/she can enjoy the event stress-free. You’ve done all of the hard work, now let us finish it while you enjoy the special moments.
Our services include, but are not limited to: Two (2) pre-event day in-person meetings (up to 2 hours each) to discuss whatever your needs are; coordination of wedding rehearsal (up to 3 hours); and full coordination of your wedding day (up to 9 hours): decoration of ceremony and reception (event) site, dispersal of final payments or gratuity to vendors; detailed itineraries for vendors and members of the wedding party; vendor confirmations and coordination; ceremony and reception diagrams and seating charts; set-up of programs, place cards, seating cards, menus and table numbers; gifts moved to safe location at the end of the evening; MC if needed.
We are also very lucky to have three extra staff members who can also be your photographer, cake baker, and/or nursery attendant for small additional charges.
